Winter Wellness Must Haves & Routine
Winter is coming...
I know I know, it's barely August! But have you noticed how "early" the winter health struggle starts these days? Back to School brings a lot of health scare with it! I'm here to ease the fear haha. Having our Essential Oils on hand and keeping up with our wellness routine will have you more than prepared.
I'm asked about my routine with oils sooo often. And let me shoot it to you straight. If you don't make it a routine, you won't see the benefits. I have phone alarms set, product set out next to my bed, sinks and in the car. It's now a second nature to grab these awesome products. But it takes routine! We're talking preventative health ya'll!
My everyday wellness routine (not limited too):
AM
- 2oz of Ningxia Red with one drop of Copaiba, Frankincense or Lemon Vitality
- Supplements! Super B, Super C, Multi-Greens (others if i remember like OmegaGize and Sulferzyme, Inner Defense if needed)
- Roller of Thieves + ImmuPower applied along the spine
- Diffuse Thieves in my Aromalux or Orb in the car
AFTERNOON
- Thieves Hand Purifier allll day while out and about
- A combo of Thieves + Purification (or Eucalyptus, Exodus II, Balsam Fir, Lemongrass) in the diffuser. I typically run during the afternoon and again during dinner
- Thieves Cough drops as needed, or just when you’re in really close quarters with people.
- Keep it clean. I wipe down counters and heavily trafficked areas with Thieves Cleaner or Thieves Spray.
PM
- Run the diffuser again
- Thieves tea (tea or warm water + a drop of Thieves, Lemon and Copaiba Vitality oils on a spoonful of organic honey)
- Life 9 and Immupro before bed
- Roll spine with Thieves roller again
- Fill diffuser with nighttime blends (Often will add Frankincense in the winter)
Other tips
- Drink SO much water! And eat fresh foods.
- Wash your hands! As soon as we walk in the door.-
- Get your sleep! Tranquil roller and Immupro thanks veryyyy much
- Ditch the toxins. Keep your home and environment toxin free.
- Listen to your body. If you need to “double down” then get to it.
